Since it's in my bio, I thought it was only fitting to share my favorite brownie in a mug recipe with you all! I can't be the only one with rotten luck when it comes to mug cake recipes, right? It seems whenever I take a shot at one it either comes out like rubber or undercooked and never like how it's shown in the countless photos on Pinterest. A few weeks ago, I finally found my saving grace brownie in a mug recipe, and it's been curing all my chocolate craving needs! It's almost foolproof and tastes similar to a brownie straight out of the oven.

Ingredients:

4 TBS flour

3 TBS sugar

2 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder

a dash of salt

2 TBS oil

2 TBS water

a splash of vanilla

Instructions:

1. Start off with the dry ingredients. Put flour, sugar, unsweeted cocoa, and a pinch of salt into your mug of choice. Mix.

2. Then add oil, water, and vanilla to the dry ingrediants and mix!

TIP: I find it easiler to give the mixture a little mix after each tablespoon!

3. Add chocolate chips for added chocolately goodness and give one last mix.

4. And lastly, pop the mug into your microwave! Leave it in for 1 minute and 30 seconds on 50% power. Do a little dance before the time is up and put it in for additional 30 seconds at 50% power if needed.
